The Kalbarri Town Talk is more than 40 years old, is much loved by locals, purchased by visitors as a souvenir and read throughout the world.  It is published at the beginning of every month.

To this day, we continue to collaborate with our sponsors, supporters, local business, photographers and writers to be a completely independent and community-driven publication.

Why do we need a local magazine when so many people rely on social media for local information?  That is a good question.  The answer is that not everyone is on social media and as a community we need to be connected to remain strong and resilient.  As well, through publishing local stories and reporting events we are recording the history of our town.  That's an important reason on its own, isn't it?

So, together we keep publishing Kalbarri’s local magazine.
